    Another Baker not wearing hair protection! What is wrong with these people??! These are very poor good manufacturing practices. Would you buy a bun here?

    Very rarely would I stop going somewhere because of the customer service. This is one of those times. Went here to buy something for my family and after I completed my order I asked if I can have more frosting. They told me that it will be an additional charge so I said I wasn't interested. The manager turned around and gave me a death stare as if I had just stolen from him. The stare went on until I left. There was no thank you or have a nice day. If it was just me I could have gotten over it but he made my entire family feel uncomfortable. Congratulations sir, you lost a customer.

    The buns here are delicious! I would have given a 5 star star but the worker cenada was the worst. Not the first time I come and get this kind of service from her.

    Went in today to order a batch of 15 and asked if we could have them freshly baked (like we normally though at other Cinnabon's) and the girl who helped us said "No, We don't do that." But she reassured us that the ones we were purchasing were just made 2 hours ago. Went home and right away felt how hard they were, we went ahead and warmed it up anyway as she told us. They were BEYOND STALE! Warming them up made no difference! What a waste of $18 dollars should've took our family elsewhere for dessert.

    TO DIE FOR I come here once a week. I always see them making fresh stuff when I walk past. The smell is so goooooooood. The people working here are really nice.
